Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in a law firm, financial services trust department, or trust company.
• Deep knowledge of trust and estate administration, probate, and private wealth management.
• Understanding of fiduciary income tax, gift tax, and GST tax concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that delivers fiduciary administration support to Wealth Advisors and relationship teams.
• Oversee centralized post‑death settlement administration for trusts impacted by client deaths.
• Coordinate with Wealth Advisory, Estate Settlement, Tax, and Legal teams to ensure timely administration.
