Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Senior Business Rule Developer III to design and deliver enterprise-scale decision automation. You will own complex rule logic for auto origination, pricing, credit policy and operations, and mentor junior developers in a fast-growing, in-office hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in FICO decisioning configuration and rule development.
• Expert knowledge of BRMS and enterprise decision automation.
• Proven ability to lead projects from design through deployment.
• Willingness to travel 0–10% and live within commutable distance to listed cities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex rule flows, decision tables, and execution frameworks for credit, pricing, and policy automation.
• Lead full lifecycle delivery of decision automation products including requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and production stabilization.
• Own governance, audit documentation, and change control processes for decision logic.
• Troubleshoot production issues through root-cause analysis of rule execution and data inputs.
• Mentor level I and II developers, establishing reusable templates and best practices.
• Collaborate with Risk, Operations, Data, and IT to translate business strategy into scalable decision logic.
• Support AI-enabled decision automation initiatives and integration with conversational tools.
• Drive modernization of enterprise rule architecture across origination and remarketing ecosystems.
