Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of FICO decisioning and rule development experience.
• Expertise with FICO DE and BRMS in production environments.
• Experience delivering large-scale decision automation in auto leasing or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale decision automation.
• Configure FICO DE and build complex rule flows and decision tables.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from requirements to production.
• Governance, auditing, and change-control for decision logic.
• Mentor junior rule developers and share best practices.
• Collaborate with Risk, Operations, Data, and IT teams to translate strategy into scalable rule logic.
• Support AI-enabled decision automation initiatives.
