Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking a Senior Telecommunications Superintendent to oversee daily operations on large-scale fiber installation projects. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in telecommunications construction, strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, as well as knowledge of underground fiber installation techniques. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with plans and codes, developing safety programs, and managing project schedules. This is a site-based role requiring travel to various project sites.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience as a Telecommunications construction Superintendent.
• Knowledge of underground fiber installation using boring and plow equipment.
• Ability to directly supervise craft employees and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects meet approved plans and specifications.
• Lead development of Project Quality Plans and Safety Programs.
• Review and update construction schedules and address delays.
