Ideal candidates have 3–7+ years of splicing experience, OSHA 30, bucket truck certification, and a valid CDL with DOT medical card.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of fiber optic splicing experience.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Bucket truck certification required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex splicing projects for diverse customers nationwide.
• Troubleshoot customer networks and interpret test results to deliver outcomes.
• Create Smart Sheets and Excel trackers to monitor schedules and progress.
• Lead training for other Technicians and drive safety and quality on site.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers to ensure clear, accurate communication.
