Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with fiber plant design and IEEE standards.
• 2+ years with optical protocols and technologies.
• Proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendors and manufacturers to assess fiber designs and deployment strategies.
• Automate fiber test plans and qualify fiber connectivity designs.
• Design and specify structured cabling systems for data centers.
• Develop standards and installation guidelines for physical network deployments.
• Lead projects with significant business or customer impact.
• Provide feedback to drive continuous improvement of physical network standards.
