Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Broadband Hardware, to own a greenfield hardware program for the nationwide fiber rollout. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive schedule, and ensure GTM readiness with Digital, Retail, and Care.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in product/program management or hardware strategy.
• Experience leading large-scale hardware launches with multiple workstreams.
• Experience managing OEM/supplier relationships through full lifecycle.
• Knowledge of broadband hardware and CPE lifecycle, fiber tech.
• Experience as PRD or BRD author.
• Strong executive communication with senior leaders.
• Bachelor's degree; engineering/technical discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hardware and service launches across all workstreams.
• Coordinate OEM partner management, demand planning, and procurement.
• Develop technology strategy with engineering on Wi-Fi 8, AI, RedCap, XGS-PON.
• Own fiber hardware PRD and align business goals with technical execution.
