Job summary

Lumen Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Engineer to lead end-to-end delivery of complex telecom network projects across multiple locations.

You will oversee estimating, design, scheduling, construction, and handoff with strong cross-functional leadership and vendor management. The role requires deep Outside Plant (OSP) construction knowledge, civil/site development experience, and a focus on delivering on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years relevant experience.
• Experience with OSP construction standards and practices.
• Experience in civil/site development.
• Strong MS Office and project planning tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and review plans for large, complex projects including cost, schedule, and risks.
• Lead cross-functional team across departments and vendors.
• Drive vendors to complete projects on time within budget.
• Oversee network architecture, construction methods, material handling, and hand-off.
• Monitor performance with frequent status updates to stakeholders.
