Rightfiber is seeking a Sr. Construction Coordinator - Engineer to oversee complex telecom construction for Enterprise customers. You will coordinate drawings, staking, and contractor activities, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with industry standards.

As a subject-matter expert, you will mentor team members, communicate with internal and external partners, and travel to project sites as required. The role demands strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience with 5–7 years fiber optic construction/engineering.
• Experience supervising complex construction projects and coordinating with internal/external partners.
• Ability to travel frequently and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversees complex construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets.
• Plans drawings and staking sheets for new Enterprise customers.
• Coordinates with contractors, manages contract engineers, and ensures quality.
• Prepares progress reports and manages project spend.
• Supports municipal and DOT meetings as requested.
