Philip Morris International’s PMI U.S. offers an 18–24 month Senior Fellow program designed for ambitious early‑career professionals. You will rotate through core functions, contribute to budgets, and work directly with senior leadership to shape strategy and the company’s future while pursuing a potential permanent leadership role.

Location is Stamford, CT (in‑office required) with significant travel, and a competitive salary range of $90,000–$110,000 plus full benefits. Start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 2–3 years of professional experience.
• Financial acumen and exposure to budget planning or cost management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate into PMI U.S.’s core functions—Finance, Corporate Strategy and/or Commercial—to broaden strategic exposure.
• Develop proficiency in budget planning, cost management, and financial decision‑making from day one.
• Collaborate with PMI U.S. senior leadership to shape the business’s future and advance its mission to unsmoke America.
• Position for a permanent leadership role through hands‑on contributions and ownership.
