Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. seeks a Senior Fellow for its Early Career & Leadership Development Program in Stamford, CT. This 18–24 month, hands-on track places you close to PMI U.S. senior leadership with rotations through Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Commercial.

The program builds budgeting, cost management, and financial decision-making skills, with a pathway to a permanent leadership role based on performance. Significant travel is required; start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 2–3 years of professional work experience.
• Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Finance, Corporate Strategy and/or Commercial.
• Contribute from day one with budget planning and cost discipline.
• Support senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
