Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to join its Saint Petersburg, FL team on a hybrid schedule. You will support fee-based accounts, assist with data maintenance, and coordinate with branch offices and the Home Office to resolve issues, ensuring an exceptional advisor experience.

Knowledge of office procedures, data analysis, and strong written and verbal communication are essential. Bachelor's or HS diploma is required; prior experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma required.
• General office concepts and fee-based operations knowledge.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of operational procedures within the department, including fee-based account processing and system reconciliation.
• Answer calls and questions regarding fee-based accounts and research complex issues.
• Provide cross-functional backup support and assist with special projects.
• Maintain data files and records, prepare letters and memos, and monitor incoming mail.
• Provide training to team members and support account servicing and issue resolution.
