Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with clients and contractors.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate inspection staff.
• Run project job-site meetings and ensure compliance with plans.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Effective leadership skills for managing and mentoring field staff

Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations with 10HR OSHA Safety card

Ability to evaluate contractor provided construction CPM schedules

Ability to work well with others

Education

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
