Job summary

Omniscius Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Telecommunications Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a Federal Government Program Manager on a multi-billion-dollar telecom services contract. The role requires deep FED enterprise telecom experience, contract advisory skills, and strong communication with FAA/AMS context.

The candidate will draft and review contractual documents, support acquisition activities, and prepare executive-level briefings for FAA senior management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 10+ years in complex systems engineering for Federal enterprise telecom.
• Experience with commercial carriers/network service providers.
• Knowledge of FAR/AMS lifecycle and policy.
• Experience with enterprise telecom systems and acquisition activities.
• Excellent written and oral communication, able to brief leadership.

Responsibilities

• Advise Government Program Manager on telecom and acquisition.
• Develop understanding of contract CLINs, SLAs, and clauses.
• Draft and review contractual correspondence.
• Review proposals and provide technical/contractual feedback.
• Prepare RFP packages and conduct source evaluations.
• Develop executive briefings and decision-support materials.
