Job summary

Omm IT Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level Federal Contract Specialist to support the FTA Office of Acquisition Management. The role focuses on market research, SOW/SOO/PWS development, and procurement package preparation for multiple contract vehicles.

Responsibilities include contract administration per FAR, cost/price analysis, and closeout support, with tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, and e-Gov platforms. This is a 100% remote position with potential on-site as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 24+ semester hours in business/finance/contracts.
• Solid understanding of FAR Parts 12, 13, 37, 43, 4.804 and GSAR Subpart 538.71.
• Hands-on exposure to FFP, Cost-Reimbursable, LH, and T&M contract types.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, assist with SOW/SOO/PWS development, and prepare solicitation packages (RFPs/RFQs).
• Utilize FAR guidelines to execute actions across IDIQs, BPAs, purchase orders, call orders, and task orders.
• Assist with cost/price analysis, track contract status, and prepare modifications and closeout actions.
• Leverage federal e-Gov procurement tools to construct and award contracts with real-time tracking.
• Assist in processing closeout files under FAR 4.804.
