Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or law, or related degree, to sit for CPA and/or Bar.
• CPA or JD license preferred.
• 2+ years of federal tax compliance and consulting in public accounting.
• Strong time management, communication, collaboration and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing federal tax compliance and consulting services.
• Serve S-corporations, partnerships, individuals and corporations in middle market to multinational clients.
• Participate in tax research projects and draft IRS responses as needed.
• Collaborate with leaders on corporate and flow-through taxation areas, including ASC740.
• Develop client recommendations and present to leadership for discussion.
