Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Support Engineer to join a globally distributed team. You will deliver expert technical support to US Federal customers, ensuring issues are resolved within contractual SLAs and maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will work four 10-hour overnight shifts (Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat) with a training period during US-East daytime hours, and you will undergo background checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Support in a technology business.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
