Maximus is seeking a Senior Subcontract Specialist to lead negotiations, oversee subcontract awards and modifications, and ensure compliance with FAR, CPSR, and government policies. In a matrixed environment, you will partner with project managers, procurement, and finance to align subcontracting strategies with program objectives and manage supplier performance.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience, CPSR familiarity, ERP/CLM proficiency, and strong communication

• Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead subcontract data analysis and maintain documentation.
• Identify and resolve complex subcontract issues independently.
• Prepare and administer subcontract awards, task orders, and modifications.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, address disputes, and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance to align strategies with objectives.
• Represent the company with subcontractors, suppliers, and government representatives to support goals.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare RFx packages and SOWs.
