Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Strong experience with subcontracts under Prime contracts and DoD programs.

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and maintain subcontract data and historical documentation.
• Prepare and administer subcontract awards, task orders and modifications per regulations and Maximus policies.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and address disputes and issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance to align strategies.
• Represent the company with subcontractors, suppliers, and government representatives.
• Provide SME knowledge sharing and contribute to trainings.
