Job summary

Seneca Federal Solutions, a Seneca Nation Group company, seeks a Senior Project Manager to deliver high-value technical and building-envelope work at federal facilities and government agencies. This 100% remote role requires travel to job sites for inspections, installations, and start-up activities, with eligibility requirements and background checks.

Ideal candidate resides near a major airport; access to federal worksites is required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of project management experience overseeing full lifecycle of medium to large complex multi-year Federal building-envelope projects.
• ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• SHE/Environmental (SHE) management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
• Experience in commercial/industrial infrastructure design, engineering, manufacturing, and construction processes.
• Experience managing Electrical, Mechanical, and building-envelope construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction safety.
• Ability to pass background investigations and site-access requirements.
• Ability to travel and work at federal, military, and controlled-access facilities.
• Ability to communicate professionally with government officials, customers, subcontractors and management.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large, full-lifecycle turnkey projects with financial reporting, budgets, and issue resolution.
• Handle proposal development, resource management, budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling through project closure.
• Develop and manage a detailed traditional project schedule and work plan.
• Estimate proposal budgets based on scope and resources.
• Present project strategy, adjustments, and estimates to stakeholders.
• Foster strong federal customer relationships.
• Observe and inspect construction activities to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Direct or supervise Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, Superintendents, safety/quality personnel, foremen, crews, and subcontractors.
