Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Sr. Project Manager (Federal Construction/MEP Focus) based in the United States to lead high-value, full-lifecycle construction projects for federal facilities and government agencies.

Role combines leadership, financial management, scheduling, field oversight, and client relations across complex technical projects, with remote work and about 30% travel to active sites.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of PM experience on federal, medium to large, multi-year projects.
• ABET-accredited degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience in Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) management.
• PMP, CCM, or CPC preferred.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, and building-envelope construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle turnkey projects with budget and schedule controls.
• Develop detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Present strategies and estimates to customers and executives.
• Oversee federal customers and government stakeholders relationships.
• Coordinate across dispersed locations with internal teams and vendors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
