Job summary

Gilbane Federal is seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as the on-site Gilbane manager, responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of large or complex construction projects. The initial project is in Panama City, Florida, with projects across the Continental United States and a subsistence package offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 8–12+ years of experience.
• Federal construction experience.
• Experience on a $100M+ project.
• Familiarity with P6 and Procore required; CMiC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements project safety plan.
• Creates project controls and procedures for complex requirements.
• Manages project financial forecast, notices, and billings.
• Develops project quality and closeout plans.
• Leads project team and subcontracting strategy.
• Oversees contracts, risk mitigation, and purchasing.
• Leads project schedule and constructability reviews.
• Develops local market networking strategy.
• Supports business development and client relations.
