Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or closely related discipline.
• 15+ years managing multimillion-dollar research, development, or commercial programs.
• 5+ years supervising diverse, geographically dispersed workforces.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of contract activities, personnel, and performance.
• Serve as senior contractor representative and primary contact for government stakeholders.
• Oversee program planning, staffing, resource allocation, and daily operations across locations.
• Manage multimillion-dollar programs complying with contracts, schedules, and performance standards.
• Supervise administrative, engineering, scientific, and technical staff.
• Develop program management strategies, metrics, QA processes, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, staffing, and resource utilization.
• Identify risks, resolve challenges, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with government to execute technical direction and ensure success.
• Prepare program updates, performance reports, and leadership recommendations.
• Oversee transition activities and ensure continuity of operations.
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables, reporting, and performance objectives.
