• 5+ years supervising diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience with large federal contracts or complex technical programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with senior government officials and executive leadership.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and management of contract activities, personnel, and performance.
• Serve as senior contractor representative and main contact for government stakeholders.
• Oversee program planning, staffing, resource allocation, and operations across locations.
• Manage multimillion-dollar programs with compliance to schedules and performance standards.
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams of engineers, scientists, and technical personnel.
• Develop and implement program management strategies, metrics, QA processes, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor budgets, staffing levels, and resource utilization.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with government representatives to execute authorized technical direction.
