Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions seeks a skilled Program Manager to oversee the Base Operating Support contract at MacDill AFB, FL. You will lead daily operations, manage costs and schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance across a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of project management experience on federal contracts, and a Secret security clearance. Onsite work, strong leadership, and effective government stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years of experience managing facility projects or engineering/design efforts.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Knowledge of DoD, government contracting, FAR, and labor regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Proven cost and schedule management in complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Acts as central point of contact with the Government for contract performance.
• Leads operational aspects including cost, schedule and technical performance.
• Manages client senior management relationships and project teams.
• Develops and reports performance metrics; addresses status and issues.
• Defines project organization and staffing requirements.
• Ensures safety, quality, and compliance across all activities.
• Holds responsibility for contract profit and loss.
