CGS Federal is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Writer to support a large Federal agency initiative. The role focuses on drafting and developing technical documentation, working with stakeholders to establish processes, and documenting projects through the SDLC.

Strong writing and communication skills with MS Office/Visio are essential. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical documentation and 3+ years in user documentation, with the ability to work independently or in a team, and

Competenze

Excellent writing and communication skills.
5+ years experience developing technical documentation.
3+ years experience developing user documentation.
Fluency with industry standard technical summarization and reporting techniques including Agile methodologies.
Ability to produce quality work independently or in a group setting.
Experience with MS Office Suite including Visio.
Willingness and ability to pass background check/security screening.

Mansioni

Draft and develop technical documentation for IT projects.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish technical processes and procedures.
Document projects through the SDLC.
Provide status reports for multiple ongoing projects and related documentation efforts.
Assist with both user and admin level documentation.
