Job summary

SHR Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead FEMA NFIP initiatives, modernize flood‑related applications, and drive cloud migration, system integration, testing, and analytics in a SAFe environment. Remote option for DC Metro Area residents; U.S. citizenship and security suitability required.

You will manage cross‑functional teams, communicate with senior officials, and ensure on‑time delivery of mission‑critical IT projects with a focus on resiliency and security.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of PM experience leading complex, high‑risk IT projects.
• Ability to solicit and document complex requirements and translate to actionable plans.
• Experience leading cloud migration projects, especially AWS.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Direct full lifecycle management of complex IT projects from requirements to close‑out.
• Develop WBS and schedules with Microsoft Project for large cross‑functional teams.
• Lead Integrated Product Teams and governance meetings in SAFe environments.
• Engage government stakeholders and translate needs into technical specs.
• Provide executive briefings and manage scope, schedule, and cost.
