• Evaluate modernization options for feasibility, security, interoperability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and coordinate with developers, architects, cybersecurity teams, data specialists, vendors, and program managers.
• Identify risks and dependencies related to system modernization and support testing, validation, and traceability.
• Prepare technical documentation and briefings; monitor performance and user feedback post-implementation.
