Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead IT program delivery across infrastructure, service desk, SharePoint, and cybersecurity. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 10 years of IT project management experience, and U.S.

citizenship with a favorable Tier 2 Public Trust adjudication. Certification such as PMP or equivalent and ITIL Foundation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience substitution.
• 10+ years of IT program or project management experience.
• PMP or other recognized project management certification; ITIL Foundation preferred.
• U.S. citizen with favorable Tier 2 Public Trust adjudication.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract performance, staffing, schedules, deliverables, and compliance across infrastructure, service desk, SharePoint, and cybersecurity.
• Coordinate transition activities, knowledge transfer, personnel readiness, and continuity of existing IT services; maintain the transition schedule and weekly transition reports.
• Lead service reviews, track performance against standards, resolve delivery issues, and assign corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly status reports and quarterly performance briefings; coordinate monthly expenditure reporting.
• Maintain risk and issue logs and coordinate with Cyber Risk & Assessment Analyst on risk registers.
• Respond to Government inquiries within one business day and coordinate changes through contract channels.
• Assist agency staff with updates of internal IT policies; coordinate quarterly policy deliverables.
• Manage personnel continuity, backup coverage, onboarding, and substitutions per Government approvals.
