Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing Federal Government IT programs.
• Active Project Management Professional certification required.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple Federal Government IT programs spanning software development, infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, modernization, and IT operations.
• Provide direction, mentorship, and performance oversight to program managers and delivery teams.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget program delivery aligned with contract requirements and government expectations.
• Manage scope, schedules, staffing, budgets, risks, deliverables, and overall performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with government customers and contracting personnel.
• Promote Agile, Scaled Agile, DevSecOps, and IT service management practices.
