LMI is seeking a Program Manager to lead cost, schedule, and performance execution for an enterprise IT modernization, cybersecurity, and sustainment contract across secure Government locations. The role requires disciplined program controls, proactive risk management, and transparent reporting to keep mission-critical services running.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience managing complex federal programs or projects, including enterprise IT or mission-support delivery.
• Demonstrated accountability for program cost, schedule, and performance, including budget oversight, schedule baselines, forecasting, and recovery planning.
• Experience leading federal contract or task-order execution, customer reviews, staffing coordination, deliverable acceptance, and subcontractor oversight.
• Experience developing and maintaining program management plans, integrated schedules, risk registers, and recurring financial/performance reports.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and communicate program status and risks to senior Government and contractor stakeholders.
• Experience supporting classified Government environments and meeting applicable personnel and facility security requirements.

Responsabilités

• Own program execution across the base task order, ensuring scope, staffing, milestones, deliverables, and performance commitments align with the task order.
• Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Lead PMRs with the COR and stakeholders; present progress, health, risks and mitigation actions.
• Prepare Monthly Status Reports addressing accomplishments, planned activities, issues, risks, financials, and funds expended.
• Oversee budgets, labor, subcontractor expenditures, forecasts, and estimates to complete; identify variances and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate task-order proposal inputs and ensure work begins after funding authorization.
