Guidehouse is seeking professionals to support federal clients in optimizing finance organization operations, including audit readiness, accounting, logistics, and procurement. You will develop process documentation, SOPs, and corrective actions while designing the Managers' Internal Controls Program (OMB A-123) and conducting tests to ensure auditability from financial statements to operations.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal DoD security clearance is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, information systems, data analytics, or similar business-type degree field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of internal control testing, federal auditing, audit remediation, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support federal clients in optimizing finance organization operations.
• Develop and update process documentation and SOPs.
• Design and implement corrective action plans to address audit findings.
• Design and execute the Managers' Internal Controls Program (OMB A-123).
• Perform internal controls testing and monitor operational effectiveness.
