Job summary
JLL is seeking a Senior Transactions Advisor for the Federal Housing Program based in the Washington, DC area. You will lead multi-disciplinary deal teams on MHPI portfolios, shaping financing strategies and presenting to senior government decision-makers while ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
The role requires 7+ years in real estate finance or related fields, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a DoD clearance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics or related field.
- 7+ years of real estate finance, P3/infrastructure, or investment banking experience.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary deal teams and advisory panels.
- US citizenship and ability to obtain DoD security clearance.
- Development finance experience (ground-up or phased construction) valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary deal teams and specialist advisors toward a defensible recommendation.
- Frame structuring alternatives and drive to a decision under deadlines.
- Own the quality of memos and briefing materials for senior government leadership.
- Coordinate with Military Department counterparts and project owners.
- Direct the financial modeling team's sensitivity, pricing, and scoring work.
