Job summary

LEO A DALY LLC seeks a senior healthcare planner to lead master planning, programming, and detailed design for federal healthcare facilities, including hospitals and clinics. You will engage stakeholders, translate clinical requirements into patient-centered design, and drive project coordination across disciplines.

The role requires over a decade of federal healthcare experience, travel for client meetings, and collaboration in a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimized healthcare delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of planning federal healthcare facilities.
• 2) Experience leading user meetings.
• 3) Knowledge of Whole Building Design Guide, Federal Guidelines Institute, VA TIL criteria.
• 4) Knowledge of clinical workflows and hospital adjacencies.
• 5) Experience with VA Patient-Aligned Care Team space models.
• 6) Focus on accessibility and privacy in circulation.
• 7) Furnishing, fixtures, and equipment for inpatient/outpatient spaces.
• 8) Strong communication, verbal and written.
• 9) Understanding of LEAN process.
• 10) Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam
