Leo A Daly is seeking a Senior Federal Healthcare Planner to lead master planning, programming, and detailed design development for federal healthcare facilities, including hospitals and clinics. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to optimize healthcare delivery for federal clients.

Responsibilities include guiding discussions, benchmarking, and coordinating with federal and non-federal stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 10+ years’ experience in planning federal healthcare inpatient and outpatient facilities.
• Knowledge of clinical workflows and functional operations of a hospital.
• Experience with VA Patient-Aligned Care Team space models.
• Knowledge of LEAN process and its application in healthcare design.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for engaging federal and non-federal stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Specialize in healthcare planning, programming, and facilitate hospital, clinic, and other healthcare facility planning discussions.
• Familiar with benchmarking and lean operational planning.
• Familiar with facility master plans for federal healthcare campuses, including VA Medical Centers.
• Coordinate with Federal and non-Federal clients, clinicians, and project stakeholders on Federal Healthcare work.
• Prepare functional and space programs for federal healthcare facilities and conduct needs assessments.
