Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a Lead Federal Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of Task Orders for the VA Electronic Medical Record Health Modernization Program. You will provide solution leadership, apply Oracle methodologies, and mentor delivery teams in a matrix environment to meet customer objectives.

The role requires managing scope, schedule, and budgets across multi-site efforts, coordinating with subject matter experts, and maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing large government healthcare contracts.

• Experience in matrix management environments.

• Monitor scope, contractual delivery, and financial commitments for task orders.
• Lead multi-site task orders with varying complexity and coordinate staffing.
• Track forecast hours, variances, and drive corrective actions.
• Provide direction and mentoring to delivery teams and subject matter experts.
• Maintain strong client relationships with the VA PM and deliverables.
• Support risk management, PMRs, and MSRs for assigned orders.
