Job summary

NVIDIA in Austin, TX seeks an Infrastructure Solutions Architect to lead OEM Federal deployments of GPU-accelerated platforms and own end-to-end issue resolution across platform, firmware, and workloads. Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active TS/SCI clearance; polygraph as required.
• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years engineering on multi-GPU platforms; 3+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Strong system software expertise across firmware, BIOS, kernel, drivers, Linux for AI/ML workloads.
• Expert knowledge of data center infra: x86/ARM, high-performance storage, InfiniBand/RDMA.
• Professional-level communication and organizational skills; drive issues to closure.
• Up to 35% travel including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical point of contact for OEM Federal deployments of NVIDIA GPU-accelerated platforms.
• Own issues end-to-end; escalate through OEM support and NVIDIA engineering with logs and reproduction details.
• Perform failure analysis & RMA; manage on-site hardware and logs.
• Navigate FedRAMP IL5/IL6 and air-gapped environments; ensure sanitization and chain-of-custody.
• Partner with OEM Federal support to reduce blocking issues and document failure signatures.
