Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an Infrastructure Solutions Architect in the United States. You will serve as the senior technical contact for OEM Federal deployments of GPU-accelerated platforms, owning issues end-to-end and ensuring resolution with engineering.

Expect travel up to 35% and deep work with FedRAMP/IL5/IL6 in secure environments. Applicants need 5+ years in multi-GPU engineering, strong Linux/driver knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active TS/SCI clearance (polygraph possible).
• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years on multi-GPU platforms; 3+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Strong system software knowledge: firmware, BIOS, kernel, drivers, Linux for AI/ML workloads.
• Data center expertise: x86/ARM, high-performance storage, InfiniBand/RDMA.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to drive issues to closure.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical point of contact for OEM Federal deployments and address blocking issues.
• Own issues end to end; collect logs and reproduce steps; drive resolution with OEM and NVIDIA engineering.
• Perform failure analysis and RMA procedures for Federal deployments, including on-site scenarios.
• Navigate FedRAMP IL5/IL6 and air-gapped environments and ensure security/compliance.
• Collaborate with OEM Federal support to reduce dispatches and build a Federal knowledge base.
