Job summary

NVIDIA seeks an Infrastructure Solutions Architect to lead OEM Federal deployments of GPU-accelerated platforms and own complex issues end to end, including failure analysis and RMA in secure environments.

The role requires strong Linux, firmware, and driver expertise, deep data center infrastructure knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 35% to customer sites. Base salary reflects Level 3/4 ranges with equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience; 5+ years of engineering on multi-GPU platforms, including at least 3 years in a customer-facing role.
• Strong system software expertise across firmware, BIOS, kernel, drivers, and operating systems, with ability to troubleshoot Linux for AI/ML workloads.
• Expert knowledge of data center infrastructure - x86/ARM, high-performance storage, and low-latency networking (InfiniBand/RDMA).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, including ability to tailor explanations to the audience and drive issues to closure.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% to customer, partner, and data center sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical point of contact for OEM Federal deployments of NVIDIA GPU-accelerated platforms, including PCIe GPUs, HGX, and MGX systems.
• Own issues end to end: prioritize platform, firmware, and workload problems and drive to resolution with engineering.
• Failure analysis and RMA: diagnose, validate, and replace components, including on-site in secure environments, and maintain logs for the knowledge base.
