Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting/Finance with CPA requirements.
• CPA certification required.
• 11+ years in financial management, accounting, auditing, or fiscal control.
• Extensive knowledge of federal accounting principles, regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, including briefings on complex issues.
• Ensure data integrity and internal controls in reporting, with federal compliance.
• Analyze financial data from multiple systems, create reports, and advise on objectives.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems.
• Prepare complex financial statements, tax returns and reconciliations with GAAP compliance.
• Participate in financial committees and working groups.
• Provide functional expertise in financial systems development and ad hoc reporting.
• Develop financial forecasts to support pricing strategies.
• Ensure GAAP, FASAB and FASB compliance.
