Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and 4 years of accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of federal GAAP, FASAB and FASB; familiarity with appropriation law.
TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
Experience with federal financial systems and databases.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and perform a full range of routine to complex financial activities.
Analyze financial information from various sources to identify discrepancies.
Assist in developing financial forecasts for Working Capital Fund products and prepare related statements.
Prepare complex tax returns and documents; reconcile General Ledger accounts.
Create and present financial reports to senior managers and advise on processes.
