Job summary

Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a Federal Senior Engineer/Architect (Principal Consultant) to lead engineering activities and ensure the successful deployment of the Federal EHR across design scope, project schedule, and engineering objectives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—internal stakeholders and client partners—utilizing SDLC methodologies and best practices to deliver secure, scalable solutions nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years engineering experience.
• Experience leading multi-team engineering projects on federal programs.
• Federal contracting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities with multiple teams and dive into new technologies, architectures and tools.
• Evaluate existing and proposed systems to determine requirements and ensure client integration solutions meet needs.
• Assist with Federal EHR deployments across the United States for the VA/DoD.
• Design and develop solutions to integrate applications between Oracle Health and federal client systems.
• Document system inputs/outputs with visuals and coordinate with delivery teams to implement integration solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, development, client users, and stakeholders to optimize large-scale distributed systems and automate manual tasks.
• Ensure work products meet and frequently exceed quality requirements.
• Monitor work and anticipate issues to minimize risk.
• Assist with staffing needs including interviews.
