Job summary

Peraton leads the full AFRH Federal EHR deployment, providing executive oversight of every workstream and managing the contractor-government interface to ensure deliverables land on both campuses in Washington, DC, and Gulfport.

With deep experience in MHS GENESIS deployments and CMS familiarity, the program ensures zero disruption to patient care while coordinating multi-site activities and rigorous performance milestones.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience including supervisory duties
• Federal facility access / background investigation clearance
• Multi-site DOD/VA deployment experience
• CMS regulatory familiarity (RAI-MDS, QAPI)
• US citizenship required
• Signed NDA by Day 1

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the integrated program strategy across AFRH-Washington and AFRH-Gulfport
• Serve as the primary POC between Peraton and AFRH Government personnel and the COR
• Build, own, and maintain the WBS and IMS — these are your source of truth
• Translate the Government SOO into a measurable, defensible PWS
• Map every proposed task back to the MAC IDIQ base contract scope
• Define and monitor performance outcomes, deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria
• Run risk identification and mitigation across the full project lifecycle
• Lead key contract deliverables: Staffing Plan (D003), NDAs (D005), training reports (D007)
• Represent Peraton in Government technical defense sessions
• Choreograph deployment phases from planning through configuration, training, go-live, and stabilization
