Job summary

Def-Logix, Inc. in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead cybersecurity program execution for a Federal Government customer on-site.

You will serve as the primary liaison with Government stakeholders and oversee contract lifecycle activities, including transitions. The role requires 15+ years of experience, PMP and CISSP or CISM certifications, and strong communication skills to coordinate with DHS or related government bodies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of proven experience managing projects of similar size and scope in cybersecurity.
• PMP certification in good standing.
• CISSP or CISM certification in good standing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate with government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for Government CO and COR.
• Provide overall management and oversight of all contract work.
• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of cybersecurity projects of similar size and scope.
• Coordinate and manage contract resources to ensure timely performance.
• Serve as Transition Manager during transition-in and transition-out activities.
• Designate and oversee alternate Project Manager(s) to ensure continuity.
• Maintain effective communication with Government stakeholders and project personnel.
• Maintain professional written and verbal communication in English.
