Job summary

KPMG LLP in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Associate for the Federal Advisory practice to analyze complex enterprise environments from an information security perspective across the U.S. federal space.

You will interface with client executives and hands-on practitioners to drive meaningful change in information protection, data security and privacy, and business continuity. Responsibilities include designing policies referencing FISMA and NIST guidance, supporting architecture and deployment

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Information/Cyber Security; federal consulting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CAP, CEH, CISA preferred.
• Functional certs such as AWS, Azure, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Google, MCSE, IAM/IT-GRC platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex enterprise environments from an information security perspective in the U.S. Federal space.
• Interface with client executives and practitioners to drive change in security and privacy.
• Design and support policies referencing FISMA and NIST guidance.
• Assist with architecture, configuration and deployment of security tools (Cloud, IAM, IT-GRC).
• Support cyber security technology projects including RMF, risk assessments, and incident response.
