Job summary

Computational Physics Inc is seeking a full-time Contracts & Program Control Manager to lead the contracts function for our expanding federal portfolio. This role involves extensive contract administration, program control, and direct involvement in proposal pricing processes. As the only person responsible for contracts, you will advise leadership on FAR/DFARS compliance and manage operational elements of federal contracts.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, extensive experience in government contracts, and the ability to work independently while adhering to multiple deadlines. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic, employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in government contracts administration within a federal contracting environment.
• Experience with task-order finance tracking and contract-level P&L.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Administer contract actions and maintain contract files audit-ready.
• Track task-order finances and monitor funding across task orders.
• Develop pricing and prepare cost volumes for proposals.
