Qualifications

• US citizenship required or eligible to work in the U.S.
• 7+ years of Federal Contract Administration experience
• Degree in Business, Law, Accounting, Finance, Contracts, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Solid understanding of FAR and related reporting & flow-down requirements
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PDF editors (Adobe/Bluebeam)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead or support cradle-to-grave federal contract administration for IDIQs, MATOCs, and related agreements.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Regulations, FAR/DFARS, and OLCR processes.
• Improve Contract Services procedures, templates, and best practices; train staff as needed.
• Coordinate with Federal Program Managers, Project Managers, and stakeholders across the lifecycle.
• Maintain proficiency with SAM.gov, eSRS, PIEE, CPARS and other federal systems.
