Job summary

Accura Engineering & Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Scheduler to provide construction scheduling support for federal projects at Fort Hood, TX.

The role develops and maintains CPM schedules using Primavera P6, reviews TIAs, baselines, and recovery plans, and coordinates with cost estimators and engineers to ensure timely project delivery. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering-related field and 5–10 years in construction scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5–10 years of construction scheduling experience.
• US Army Corps of Engineering (USACE) or federal project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and maintain CPM schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent.
• Ensure schedules reflect all construction phases, milestones, logic, and float.
• Review baseline schedules, TIAs, and recovery schedules for compliance.
• Coordinate with cost estimators and project engineers on cost/schedule alignment.
• Provide monthly schedule reports with Gantt charts and narrative analyses.
• Assist with change orders and evaluate schedule impacts.
