Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler to support Fort Hood, TX construction projects. The role involves developing, maintaining, and analyzing CPM schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring all phases and milestones are properly sequenced with accurate float.

You will review contractor baselines, TIAs, and recovery plans for technical adequacy and compliance. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–10 years of federal scheduling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction management or related field.
• 5–10 years of constructing scheduling experience.
• USACE or federal project experience preferred.
• Experience with CPM schedules using Primavera P6 or government tools.
• Strong knowledge of federal scheduling requirements and contract admin.
• Experience reviewing TIAs, recovery schedules, and change orders.
• Experience using RMS 3.0.
• CCM certification preferred.
• PSP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and maintain CPM schedules using Primavera P6.
• Ensure schedules reflect project phases, milestones, logic, and float.
• Review baseline schedules, TIAs, and recovery schedules for compliance.
• Verify adherence to Division 01 scheduling requirements.
• Identify variances and propose mitigations to avoid delays.
• Prepare written reports and present findings to government personnel.
• Coordinate with estimators and project engineers to align cost and schedule.
• Provide monthly schedule performance reports with Gantt charts and narratives.
• Assist with change orders and evaluate schedule impacts.
• Monitor long-lead items and submittals affecting critical path.
