Job summary

CLEAR GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager IV to oversee federal construction and renovation projects in Clarksburg, WV. You will manage from planning to occupancy, ensuring work stays on scope, schedule, and budget.

This long-term contract role offers exposure to federal infrastructure initiatives and opportunities to lead full lifecycle project delivery in a collaborative, government-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.
• 5–10+ years of experience managing construction or design projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and scopes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and renovation projects from planning through occupancy.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, and project schedules.
• Track milestones, timelines, and project performance.
• Review designs, construction progress, and contractor deliverables.
• Support procurement activities alongside contracting teams.
• Monitor project costs, invoices, and overall financial performance.
• Perform on-site inspections and oversee construction activities.
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and conflicts.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and government stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Additional duties as assigned.
